If you have never submitted an online questionnaire before and the process seems unfamiliar, remember that most of the task can be completed offline. The actual submission of your answers will only take a few minutes. Just follow the steps carefully (print out this page so you have a record once you have logged out):

  • Read the journal at your leisure
  • Work out the answers and mark them up on the page that appears in the journal (or print out the onscreen copy so you have a loose sheet handy)
  • You have already registered to get to this help page, so when you login again, fill in your HPCSA number and password in the Already Registered box, and click Logon (see Forgotten Password link if you forget your password).
  • You will see a Welcome message and instructions. Click Take Quiz to open the questionnaire.
  • There is only one correct answer to each question.
  • Check all answers carefully before you submit the questionnaire. If you inadvertently click on the wrong answer, you can change your answer by clicking on a different button, but once you click Submit Answers, the questionnaire will be marked and the final score calculated.
  • If you need to check something again and want to submit the questionnaire at a later date, simply check Cancel and then Logout and return to repeat the process when it suits you. This will cancel any questions you have answered, so make sure you have all 20 answers handy at the time you submit.
