Venue

The Congress will be held at The Vineyard Hotel, Cape Town, South Africa

This service will be situated in the Foyer of the Ground Level of the Conference Centre, and will be open daily for the duration of the congress.

We urge delegates to take care of their personal possessions and exhibitors to be particularly aware during the periods of exhibition build-up and breakdown.

Lockup storage available. Name badges must be displayed at all times for security reasons.

Daily refreshments will be served in the Exhibition Area throughout the Congress. These costs are included in the registration fee.

Delegates will receive a bar coded name badge when registering at the Congress. Daily scanning of name badges is required to achieve maximum CPD points and for record of attendance. Scanning will take place daily at the Registration Desk.

Delegates are required to display their Congress badge at all times during the academic sessions, in the exhibition area and when attending social functions. Only participants or accompanying persons wearing a Congress badge will be admitted. No exceptions to this rule will be made.

The official language of the Congress will be English. No simultaneous translations will be provided.

The Organising Committee, the Congress Organisers and the participating Societies accept no liability for any damages. Injuries and/or loss of whatever nature incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons
